Frequently asked questions

Who can use the platform?

The platform is designed for organizations and individuals who deliver training and education: universities, training centers, academies, institutes, and independent trainers. Access is typically provided through an invitation or after a service request. If you are interested, use the "Request our service" section on the home page or the Contact form.

Do I need an existing learning management system (LMS)?

No. Whether you already have an LMS or not, you can use the platform to create and manage content. We offer LTI integration so that content can be launched from major LMSs, but you can also use the platform standalone for authoring and review, and deliver content via other means.

Is the platform hosted locally?

Yes. Our solution is built and hosted to meet local and regional requirements, including data sovereignty. For specific deployment options, contact us.

What types of content can I create?

You can create structured learning modules with text, images, video, and interactive elements. The platform supports templates for common slide types (e.g. objectives, summaries, quizzes) and AI-assisted authoring to speed up production. Content can be delivered in responsive layouts for desktop and mobile.

How does the review process work?

Review workflows are configurable. Typically, content authors create or update modules, and subject matter experts or stakeholders are invited to review and approve. The system tracks versions and comments so that feedback is centralized and traceable.
